Front of House Manager Needed!
The Toasted Owl Cafe is currently hiring a Front of House Manager at our downtown Flagstaff location– Downtown: 12 S Mikes Pike St. Flagstaff, AZ 86001 (928) 774-5326 7am-3pm
The good vibes at The Toasted Owl start with our team and we’re looking for people who bring positivity and love to everything they do. As the Front of House Manager at The Toasted Owl you will be a manager of the customer experience and the best representation of our fun & quirky Owl experience.
In this role, you will:
- Welcome & greet guests, make them comfortable and let them know you’re there for them
- Deliver food from the kitchen to guests with accuracy and in a timely manner
- Assist others when necessary, help maintain a clean and organized dining space following sanitation and food handling standards
- Provide spirited & informed hospitality, answer guest questions about our menu
- Be available to fill in to ensure smooth restaurant operation
- Manage the front of house staff, ensuring scheduling and coordination of co-workers
You need:
- A Coconino County Food handlers card (required)
- To be able to travel to location of work
- To be able to stand, bend, squat, and lift up to 50 pounds on a regular basis
- To be a minimum of 19 years old
The Schedule We are Looking For:
- Thursdays to Mondays
- 7am to 4pm
